Some settings for Data Import are controlled at the company level. To review and adjust these, go to the three dots in the top right corner of the main menu, choose Admin & Settings then choose Settings on the left-hand menu. Once you are there click 'Company Settings' and scroll or filter to see the below Data Import settings.
