This section explains the different types of users within Codeit and associated permission levels which determine which actions your users can perform, and when to use them. You will need to access this section as an administrator to control the user permissions as a whole and on specific projects. It is designed to be simple and easy to maintain by managing projects, permissions and people using a system of groups.
Summary of permission types and uses
Administrator/Project Creator permissions are defined at the company level whereas project permissions are defined at a project level. Generally, you will want only a small number of company administrators. For most users it is better assign coding permissions for specific projects.

Administrator | Company Administrators have full access to the entire Codeit system for a company (or sub-company). For example, company administrators can create users, projects, sub-companies and so on. They also have full access to all coding projects, reports and stats. | (Individual) User Editor |
