Some settings for data and report export are controlled at the company level. To review and adjust these, go to the three dots in the top right corner of the main menu, choose Admin & Settings then choose Settings on the left-hand menu. Once you are there click 'Company Settings' and scroll or filter to see the below export settings.

Default Maximum Codes Allowed | 10 | Limit the maximum number of codes exported to traditional "flat-ASCII" data files. |
Default Multicode Export Type | Concatenated | Determines format of multicoded export questions between the selections - Concatenated (within one column separated by commas) - Expanded (each response in separate column). More on multicoded data formats here. |
Default RID Width | 5 | Width of RID (record ID) in traditional "flat-ASCII" data files, zero-padded. For example, with the default of 5, RID 1 would be exported as 00001. |
