Introduction
The Data Sync Log panel within the Project Details page displays a history of data sync processes that have run against a Project.
What is a Data Sync process?
A data sync process is a long-running operation that is performed against a Project to synchronise data to and from a 3rd party platform using a Data Link.

The Data Sync Logs Panel displays all the Data Syncs which have happened on a particular Project for the selected date range.
Accessing the Data Sync Log panel
To view the Data Sync Log panel, click the "Data Sync Log" button in the ribbon within the Project Details page. This is only available to linked Projects.
Panel columns
The Data Sync Log panel displays a table of information containing the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Started | The date and time the Data Sync was started |
| Finished | The date and time the Data Sync was finished |
| Description | A description of the Data Sync status with any relevant additional details |
| More Details | More Details are available when clicking on the icon. This is particularly useful when a data sync fails, to understand what the root causes be. |
