Introduction

When working with the AI, it is useful to filter verbatims using suggestions.

Suggestions are codes which are suggested by the AI but have not been applied as they do not meet the AI Settings defined by the user.

You can find out more about the AI Settings here.

This page describes how to use suggestions in the coding panel to enhance productivity and consistency of the coding using AI.

The suggestions can only be used when the AI has already been run on this project. To know more details about running the AI, click here.

To open the Suggestions panel, click on the Suggestion icon in the coding panel:

Filter verbatims using Sentiment

If the task has had the Theme Extraction process enabled, the sentiment filter will be available:

The sentiment is a scale with 5 levels: Strong Negative, Negative, Neutral, Positive, Strong Positive.

You can filter for each level by clicking on the different icons.

Filter suggestions using Confidence

You can also use the Confidence to filter for suggestions. Each suggestion has a confidence associated to it which indicates how confident the model is about this particular suggestion. The confidence is a value between 50 and 100. You can learn more about it here. You can use the slider to further filter the suggestions:

Filter suggestions using Coverage

The last option available is to use the Coverage. This allows to filter for verbatims with a specific coverage percentage using the slider. Click here for more details about the Coverage.
