Once you've covered the basic codeframe set up, you can delve into the more powerful options for codeframe set up and management, which are described below and linked to specific help pages and videos.

ScenarioWhen to use
Sharing & reusing codeframesEnables you to import, share and reuse codeframes across projects.
Codeframe Blend ToolSometimes you may realise that, half way though coding, two separate questions should have shared a codeframe.  By this point, different codes have been added to each and they do not match.  In this instance, the codeframe blend tool can be used to align both codeframes, without losing any of the coding work that has already been done.
Importing codeframesYou may have existing codeframes in Excel that you wish to import into your project. codeit allows you to import a codeframe from an Excel file using two alternative formats.  This video and article explains how to use this functionality.
Context variable codeframe creation

This feature enables you to derive a codeframe from a context variable in your coding task.  For example, suppose you have some 'other specify' data with the closed end codes stored in your context variable and the closed end labels in your source variable. You could use this feature to derive a codeframe from the context variable and apply the relevant codes to each verbatim.  This will subsequently enable you to 'join back together' the closed 'other specify' question with the one containing the coded 'other specify' answers.
